Negative: Had an ant problem in the kitchen. Something was spread by the sink window for the ants and live and dead ants were visible there and by other areas. There were an influx of spider also.

Positive: It was a wonderful, beautiful house, easy walk to the beach, private hot tub. Very enjoyable. There was plenty of room. We loved our stay so much we extended and stayed an extra day.

Negative: I thought the shared pool would be closer to have easier access. Disappointed the pool and shuttle closed eo early. Not the resorts control at all, but the jellyfish were definitely a problem. Renting for a week needed more than 1 towel per person and more than one role of toilet paper per bathroom.

Positive: The amenities pools,baket ball court ,miniature grass golf , trolley , etc.

Negative: Need to update furniture in the unit that we stayed in and better floor cleaner like broom and the soap container needed fixing in half bathroom soap leaked even after maintenance person try to fix. The air conditioner upstairs stopped working the early morning of our last night. Reported it on the checkout.

Positive: This is a Beautiful home 4 bedroom . Very private family oriented I definitely will be back

Negative: Only thing is the pool was closed since it was off season but other than that no complaints

Positive: Clean, Paper goods stocked. Large. Easy access, safe location.

Negative: Pretty much everything, getting through duck is a nightmare, We left 3 hours before checkout and still waited for almost an hour going through Duck. The location had views of NOTHING, no maps provided of beaches or villa services. Absolutely nothing provided beyond sheets, towels and paper goods, after paying over $300 a day you needed to pay more to use the bikes and other items. I will never go back to Corolla, Nags Head/Avon etc. are all much much nicer, a LOT easier to travel, and not nearly as crowded. The apartments and homes are all plastic, cookie cutter places with zero character. Probably the worst outer banks experience I've had and I've been going there since I was 2 years old.

Positive: Beautiful condo and everything was provided. Labeling the light switches would eliminate a lot of confusion.

Negative: The floors were dirty. I swept dirt, cereal, toys, etc from under the living room sofa. The other floors felt sandy.
