Positive: We had such a wonderful time at this lovely little studio apartment, the property is beautiful and the location was great, just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Out of everything, the hosts are what made this stay truly special - they were so friendly and welcoming and kindly cooked us a delicious lunch! This is a wonderful place to stay to feel close to the community!

Negative: We liked everything about the studio, but a better-equipped kitchen would make this stay even better - a pot, some bowls and better cutlery/ utensils! That would be out advice for the hosts!

Positive: Run by a lovely couple! Clean, well decorated and with a kitchen it offers a little oasis which is a very short tuktuk ride away from the beaches of Hikkaduwa. Definitely recommend

Negative: Be aware that it is situated close to the train tracks

Negative: There was some noise from the adjacent train road and nearby construction.

Positive: This is a self contained chalet adjacent but separate from the main house. There is a large double bed with excellent mattress and mosquito net. There is a kitchen area to the rear with a small fridge and a breakfast bar. The chalet has a small verander and seating outside. You have your own key and there is parking, really lovely modern building. It is owned and run by a young couple who are the perfect hosts, welcoming and helping in whatever way possible, very friendly, very kind. It's away from the big hotels and the main road so is quiet, apart from the occasional train. All in all a very pleasant stay, felt at home, was difficult to leave, can recommend.
