Home is over 4,000 square feet & is resort spa quality with 6 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Spectacular beach views & an elevator. 5 king size beds + 6 twins + 1 full! Just 5 houses from community pool, tennis court, & gym.
The main level offers breathtaking views of the beach with large windows & features a large great room with family room, dining & kitchen. There are also four bedrooms on this level. The gourmet kitchen features luxury stainless steel with DOUBLE refrigerator / freezers with two ice makers, DOUBLE oven, dishwasher, microwave, additional wine cooler, Calacatta quartz countertops, & completely stocked with everything needed. Kitchen features reverse osmosis system so you can have quality drinking water without needing bottled water. Dining area has table that will seat 12 people together plus there is seating at the bar. Full size elevator services all floors.
There are two large covered patios & lots of outdoor furniture – tables & chairs to seat 12 plus seating for 12 on rocking chairs. You can walk down your own private short boardwalk & put your feet into the sugar sand of the Gulf of Mexico! Beach items stocked for Guest use including beach towels, chairs, toys, & much more. Home is extremely clean with luxury vinyl flooring throughout & all new furnishings.
Home is located just a few houses down from community lap pool, work out room, clubhouse, & tennis courts. Community features include 2 community pools, airport, tennis & pick ball courts, walking trails & paths, bike baths, clubhouse & fitness center.

Summary: We booked this trip as a getaway for our family and 2 other families...all in all it was 6 adults and 6 kids under 4. This house layout was PERFECT for us, and I've never been in a rental that was as well equipped as this home. We had plenty of beach towels, plenty of beach toys and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook for everybody. Plus a super short walk to the pool! Christie was also super responsive, and the home was very clean upon arrival. We go to SGI a couple times a year and this was by far my favorite rental!

Summary: We cannot say enough nice things about our stay here! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication, information brochure, and arrival process were some of the best I’ve ever seen - they even had the lights on & a sweet welcome treat for us which was so nice as we rolled in at dusk. The house is incredible - fabulous floor plan for our group. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out - we were three families - 3 couples and 6 teenagers. The house is beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed. We cooked most meals in, and the kitchen is perfect- great appliances and very well-equipped. The beds are all comfortable, and the curtains / blinds are very nice to create a dark room if you want to sleep in a bit. But if you don’t, the view of sunrise is breathtaking from three of the king bedrooms and the living / dining space. The outside porches and beach access are all so incredible, and we really appreciated the closet full of beach chairs & gear & the towels. Loved watching the pods of dolphins go by all throughout the day. Truly - perfection all around. We just love the sleepy vibe of St George, and really appreciate the amenities like bike paths, pickleball courts, tennis courts, and even used the small gym which is just about 5 houses down. We all can’t wait to come back!!
