Don't you want to be on "Island Time"?
Enjoy Gulf breezes from the decks of our cozy home that is less than 200 steps to the beach. The top floor great room has welcoming sunshine and terrific views of the Gulf courtesy a wall of sliding glass doors. The living area features a 60” flat screen TV and abundant comfortable seating, perfect for family gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy and the dining area seats ten. A private pool rounds out the amenities of our serene paradise.
All 3 first floor bedrooms have direct deck access and feature flat screen TVs, The large master has a king size bed, private bathroom with shower and overlooks the pool. The second bedroom also has a king bed and a gorgeous view of our tropical paradise. The bunk room has a twin bed, a twin/full bunk bed with twin trundle and also overlooks the pool.
Child friendly amenities including pack-n-play, booster seat w/tray for convenient dining and step stools.
2 pets (maximum weight 60 lbs. each) are welcome with fee.
The house also features under-house concrete parking; covered entry; enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower; fish cleaning area; park-style grill.
This home participates in the St. George Plantation amenities program which includes two community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, the Plantation Clubhouse and fitness center. Nature trails, bicycle and walking paths and access to Bob Sikes Cut round out a complete vacation experience.
Please note: Golf Carts are not allowed with rentals in the plantation.
Owners will accept large pets up to 100 lbs. with additional large pet fee of $50 per large pet. Sadly, the fireplace is unavailable.

Summary: An excellent, well stocked beach house in a beautiful place! Only thing I can knock is that the couch wasn’t a fold out as advertised. Also the internet never worked while we were there. Other than that, the property was the setting for family memories which will last us a lifetime!

Summary: Overall the property is great. In need of a few updates but overall good. The property manager is great and very responsive when in need of something. Was a little frustrating the last two day's, the water quit working a couple of times. We were excited about the bikes provided but when we arrived, the bike are not in good shape. If you enjoy bike ridding, I would suggest renting a few bikes. My complaints are minor and the property is amazing and St. George never lets us down. Best family vacation ever, thank you.

Summary: Refrigerator seems to be leaking. We had to do so many tasks for the cleaning people that I didn’t feel like a tip envelope left in the house was appropriate. Everything else was great w the stay!!!

Summary: What's not to like! Watching the surf, listening to the waves, quiet beach, serenity? The house is nearly perfect, comfortable beds and a very nice kitchen. If the living room furniture was comfortable it would have been perfect. Because we were there for the winter that was more important. The outdoor furniture is nice.

Summary: We had a wonderful experience at Island Time! The walk to the beach was very short, only 2-3 minutes. Five of us stayed at this property, myself and my wife (35 years old) and my Dad (71) and our two kids (ages 8 and 6). We loved the huge wrap around balconies, and we were grateful for access to the beach toys, wagon, umbrella, etc. The kitchen amenities were great! Plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and even quite a bit of seasonings and spices in the pantry. Thanks, Heather! We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets - you can see the ocean from the balcony! Highly recommend, 5 stars!

Summary: Heather is sweet & easy to communicate with. The house was perfect, the decks look out at the ocean. We had everything we needed to cook with & the drawers were labeled! Y'all! The only downside was the 10am check out time, but that's probably bc I was getting 4 teenagers moving! Seriously, the perfect little spot!
