Positive: Great location. Good size for our family. Having the private pool was a great treat and the kids loved being able to swim when we were done with the beach. The decks with seating and being able to hear the ocean was very relaxing.

Negative: The one Queen bed downstairs was not comfortable. Seems like maybe it needs some work or to be replaced. It is shaky at best.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again as our first choice.
