Summary: It was very comfortable and provided all of the amenites that we needed. The location is accessible to Jacksville for food and anything else that we might have needed during our stay. The beach was completely non-crowded and the weather very accomodating. The house was truly delightful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen facilities provided all that we needed and more. The pool table and other facilities in the downstairs room were more than entertaining. We would be happy to use it again in the future if our schedule and needs match up.

Summary: We all had a wonderful time at Casa de la Playa ! The beach was private and right out the back door. There is a great Chef's kitchen to prepare meals and lots of seating. The house had everything that was needed to have a fabulous week with family. This was our second year at the house and just booked it again for next year !

Summary: This property was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of space for everyone. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was large enough for several cooks to work at the same time. We enjoyed the deck and the balconies off the two primary bedrooms. Three of our group were able to set up on one of the balconies to paint water colors of the beach and ocean. The location is wonderful. A grocery store was close and convenient. St Augustine was close enough for a few site seeing trips. However, we ate all our meals at the house because the house was so inviting we didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend this property.

Summary: We were in Jacksonville for a family wedding and this property was the perfect spot for us to relax before and after the wedding. We had a blast and loved the private beach. The house was well equipped with beach chairs, paddle boards, umbrellas, towels, etc. Lots of places for everyone to relax and to enjoy this beautiful home.
