Summary: Our group of 7 students and 2 adults had an awesome time! The property is in a great location. It was like having a private beach all to ourselves. The house had everything we needed and everyone had plenty of space. The check in process was smooth. Our host responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely choose this property again in the future. I highly recommend this property!

Summary: Beachfront location was perfect! Only a couple miles to Publix and shopping and restaurants! Having access to house beach chairs, toys, and towels made for easy packing. The house was as clean as to be expected for rental. Kitchen was well stocked. The living space downstairs was extremely nice for a young family with three children. Furniture seems fairly new. The bathroom adjoined to the queen room upstairs needs a shower remodel and the electrical outlet did not work. The fan In the second queen bed upstairs did not have a remote and air vent didn’t appear to be cooling in that room. Over all, a great stay - we would consider staying at this home again!

Summary: Numerous reasons why this was a great family reunion. Sure, location was great - it's literally right on the beach! But that was only part of it. The hosts were incredibly responsive to our questions - and even fun to communicate with! The place was spotless, the kitchen was well-equipped and opened up onto the Great Room. We could all be together as we prepped for meals. We would highly recommend this property - 5 stars!!!

Summary: House was nice, well stocked except for dish towels and wash cloths . Plenty of trash bags and detergents. Lots of room for 4 couples plus kids. A few things would easily raise the appearance to next level. - throw away the outdoor cushions as they are torn - get rid of old wooden chairs on deck

Summary: The property is great-location, amenities and ease to transaction with manager. Very close to the beach, just a staircase away. This place is packed with all the kitchen utensils, spices, cleaning detergents. They also have beach toys, chairs and umbrella. A lot of extra beddings, blankets, bathroom towels, beach towels. There's way too much rooms and beds. Manager was very responsive and accommodating.

Summary: This place was the perfect set up for multiple families with teens. The teens had an amazing hang out/sleeping area with bathroom. The adults all had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. Access to the beach was amazing! Our only complaint is it took a LONG time for water to heat up for showers and dishwashing and also didn’t last long…maybe needs a bigger water heater.

Summary: Our favorite part of our stay was definitely the view from the upper deck facing the ocean. WE loved the direct access to the beach and the kids loved all the sand toys that were included in our stay. The big eating areas were a plus! The highchair helped out a lot. Everyone had a place to sleep and no one ever had to wait for the bathroom. We would love to come back!
