It’s also centrally located between historic Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, VA Beach, Norfolk Naval Station and more.
One or two dogs are welcome with pre-approval and $100 pet fee.
This beach front condo style home is 1 of a 3 unit property. This particular unit is 2,071 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms on the 2ndd floor of a 3 story building. There is an identical 2,071 sq. ft. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms condo unit on the 3rd floor. These units have separate doors connected by 2 flights of stairs. The first floor has a foyer entrance to the stairs and a garage. There is also another separate third unit, a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom beach cottage that is not connected to this building.
This unit is an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining room, mini office space and living room with beach views. The kitchen has a large island flanked by two bar stools and it comes fully stocked. It also comes with complimentary coffee, hot cocoa, cream and sugar.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with comfy memory foam mattress and 43 inch Smart TV. The newly updated large master bathroom has a rain fall shower, large bath tub and an extra vanity. The second bedroom is roomy with a queen size bed, memory foam mattress. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 full size memory foam mattresses and a large bean bag to lounge in. The newly renovated hallway bath has a double vanity with stand up shower.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home and beach amenities, we have external security cameras located at the front door, foyer, and beach pathway.

Summary: Location was calm and still very fun! Having beach equipment to use at the ready was perfect for us to maximize our fun and cheaper than purchasing things or renting items just for the moment. Host was awesome and friendly every time we saw them. House was set up and had all those essential items we needed to cook and clean! 10/10 we will definitely be using this location again!

Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin Suite. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved having access to all of the beach equipment and kayaks! It was super easy to just step out onto what is basically your private beach with only a handful of people ever in your line of sight. We were there with our two boys, 16 and 21, who especially enjoyed the kayaking and fishing. The icing on the cake was wishing Balou a happy 8th birthday! We would definitely come back to stay at this property in the future.

Summary: Check in was easy. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to make meals. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Laundry detergent and washer/dryer are always helpful as I like to do laundry before returning home. Being right on the beach is always non-negotiable here when we visit so that was great. Only thing I missed is having a deck to overlook the ocean and the beds were nice but a tad too firm for me. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive which was very appreciated. Overall great stay. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, kayaks and paddle boards, boogie boards. Really nothing left to say but overall it was worth it!

Summary: the gym facility was nice for myself and my children- Amy and I loved the mattress we have already discussed the problem on the third floor- I would expect a quiet night's sleep-not received- recommend some sort of screening or check in procedure to ALL guests to ensure residents are applying to the rules

Summary: The house was great and had everything we needed!! I was expecting a bit more of a view from the house but other than that the house was wonderful. The location of the chairs and firepit is in the front next to the parking lot which was not expected rather than in the back.House was clean, hosts were great and friendly!

Summary: The home was immaculate, three bedroom perfect they have everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, No need to bring anything. Convenient to many restaurants, Virginia Beach, the Naval Base. I highly recommend only thing if there’s a rowdy crowd on the third floor ( we were on the second floor) it might be a little noisy. The noise does definitely transfer down.

Summary: The absolute best VRBO we have ever stayed! The house was stocked with anything we might have needed from laundry pods to phone chargers, towels, shampoo and conditioner, even coffee and creamer in the fully equipped kitchen! The beach view and easy access were amazing. The house was immaculate and has a very calm, relaxing feeling. I can’t say enough good things. We ran into some rainy weather and the host notified us while we were out to stay safe! 1000% would recommend! Our special request to meet the most handsome 4 legged host was the high-light of our trip. Such considerate hosts for our Showgirl is a Wife Weekend!
