This is a lovely 1300 sq. foot townhouse located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico on Don Pedro Island/Palm Island. This barrier island is located between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. It is accessible by private boat or car ferry. Our townhouse is beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings, all kitchen amenities, 3 flat screen TVs, linens, towels, grill, outdoor shower, heated gulf front pool, tennis court. dockage and more! Our kitchen is brand new and we love it! The guest room now has a queen beside the bunk beds. Wireless Internet and Cable TV included. There is a restaurant, gift store and coffee/ice cream shop located on the island.
This townhouse sleeps 4 adults comfortably. 1 king in the master and 2 bunks, a trundle and a queen in the 2nd bedroom. No smoking.
This is a very quiet unit as the units on either side don't rent. We are interested in having couples and we will make your stay special!

Summary: Wonderful stay. The property was even better than advertised. It was just perfect for a winter getaway. Located right on the Gulf of Mexico so you could walk a few feet to the beach or just sit on your deck and enjoy it from there. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Sarah and Jack were there for questions and to offer information about the local area. Definitely will consider returning.

Summary: We loved the private secluded feel of the entire stay. We found 1100 shark teeth. I saw a shark face to face while snorkeling. It was a little shark but still scary. My girls loved hunting shells and playing video games and watching movies in the house. This was a perfect escape.

Summary: We had such a wonderful time at this property. You cannot beat the view and there was hardly anyone else with us on the beach. Sarah was very welcoming and helped us with any questions we had about the island. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: The condo was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed including a million dollar view of the Gulf! This is the kind of place where you can forget about your other life and just chill looking at the sea. If you are looking for nightlife and excitement, it is not the place for you. The owners were wonderful to work with and very accomodating.
