Summary: My son stayed there for 6 months while attending UCSC. The spot is fantastic. Waking distance to restaurants and stores.10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. It’s too bad he couldn’t enjoy the place during the summer as the home is in such a great spot. We were very happy with our host Diego as well as the rental. Highly recommend.
