The condo is very nice and well furnished. We had everything we needed to make our own meals. There were a few things this stay that I feel could be improved for next year. We brought minimal clothing knowing there was a washer/dryer on site. However, neither of the two washers were working properly & clothes came out soaking wet. Needless to say, we could not utilize the dryers. We requested a late checkout (noon vs 10am) and were told it wasn’t possible but yet towards the end of the week were offered a discount for an extended stay??We paid for 7-day stay (Sat-Sat) but you cannot check in until 4p and checkout on last day is 10a. It would be great if the rental price reflected the amount of time you are actually in the condo vs paying for a full 7-day stay when it is really 5 days. We do love it there but it is pricey and those would be my suggestions for improvement & customer satisfaction.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The sheets were dirty, there was an extra set wrapped in plastic in the closet but they smelled horrible & had black dots all over. The washer & dryer for the small units in the building were $1.75 each only payable with quarters..there is 2 of each, 1 of each doesn't work properly so its quite irritating to have paid overprice to be in a good location that ended up dirty, & simply trying to fix the issue & not being able to because the amenities are broken, then having to waste vacation time trying to find somewhere that has $10 in quarters to spend 7 hrs trying to wash & dry a load of laundry. I don't know what was wrong with the water..but the shower seemed like bleach..burned my eyes really bad, and made my hair feel awfully dry. Toilet hardly flushed. The living room furniture was old and stained up. Had an hard time with the ice maker in the freezer. The locals will make sure you know you're not welcomed btw most of them living in condos across the street. So not the best, but the beach is right out the back door & was pretty private, not crowded in that spot at all which was nice. I was able to force myself into enjoying it. Not likely to return though

Great for 2 people only! Sofa bed needs replaced, refrigerator light, microwave light and oven light needs to be replaced. Beach chairs and umbrella also need to be replaced. An AC guy also entered the condo around 9 a.m without prior notice. More storage would also be nice & easy to install! We would stay here again simply for the view & convenience!

They even delivered us a new beach umbrella because ours was missing. Everyone was super helpful and our unit was super clean. Two things I would recommend, be on the top floor because of little peoples feet early in the morning and the front door sticks. Would 100% stay here again!

Summary: The location of being on the beach and quick access to it is what you are paying for here. Kitchen has your basics and no true complaints, overall we’ve stayed here multiple times now and love the location and the beach. Pros: your back porch is the beach, with soft sand(no shells) and you’re close to multiple restaurants and stores. The Cons ( are not deal breakers because the beach is fabulous): the mattress is not good- super soft and sinks in. There is road traffic noise(but we didn’t notice because we always bring a sound machine), it’s not the easiest to get your car in and out due to the location being right up against the main road but again you are right on the beach. Kitchen was stocked nice however just be aware there are no basic spices like salt and pepper and we did run into issue of preparing meals due to lack of sharp cooking knives. You are supplied with a good amount of beach supplies and even a little lunch box cooler too which is great- however they have these white layout chairs in the front of the property on the beach and unfortunately only 3 don’t have holes or are broken/missing portions of the chair…(between the use of these amongst multiple units, I really feel there is a need to get new chairs or at least trash the ones that are completely Unusable) Very minimal issues and overall we would come again!
