Summary: Cleaning crew was still there at 4:00, check-in time. Overall, the house was clean, besides some sheets which had not been cleaned/changed. Perfect for our family & close to the beach, for my 90 year old aunt to walk. Lots of beach toys, wagon, & umbrellas. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty towels for the beach & showers.It was nice to have separate areas to spread out, when needed.

Summary: Our place was clean and decorated well, Rooms were nice and living areas were very accommodating for our group of 7 adults. Porches provided nice views and we would have spent more time there had it not been so hot outside. Place also provided ample beach equipment for all of us. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: This house is beautiful and the location is perfect. Seriously a very short walk to the beach. We loved the balconies and the pool area. TV’s in every room. We stayed in the East unit several years ago and loved it, so we were thrilled to be able to rent the West unit in January. A couple of issues: the housekeeping is not stellar. The edges of most of the doors were dirty and sticky and grimy. The floor was not clean. Our socks were black on the bottoms after the first day. The oyster shell light fixture over the kitchen table was caked with dust. I got the broom out of the pantry to sweep and the bristles were sticky and nasty and gross. Several broken window shades. Also, not a single dish towel or dish cloth in the kitchen. The coffee maker is on its very last leg and needs to be replaced. The house is really great, plenty of room, love the pool area, and so close to the beach. We’d definitely stay again. I’m giving an overall review of 5 stars; however, I hope the issues pointed out above will be addressed.

Summary: This property exceeded our expectations! From the second we walked in the front door, we were blown away. This property housed 4 couples with plenty of room, we never felt cramped. The driveway held 3 full size trucks & 1 8 passenger golf cart while still having room to move around the vehicles. The property had beach chairs, wagon, beach towels etc… for us to use & they were all in great shape! I HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in lovely Bradenton Beach area!

Summary: PERFECT location - 1 minute walk to beach entrance We thought it was even better than being on the main road (Gulf Drive) directly across from the beach because we didn’t have the traffic going by directly in front of the house. House had a well equipped kitchen, beach towels, beach things - canopy, wagon, rafts and toys. We would stay here again!

Summary: We had a great stay! One issue was the stairs are very steep and long and the stair treads were quite narrow. We have a two year old so we found this very dangerous. The pool area was quite dirty as well. I did have to clean it myself upon arrival. There was a lot of construction going on across the street. We know this is not in anyone's control, but it was disappointing.
