Beach front, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Brand new home in 2016, beautiful finishes throughout. Direct access to the beach with a private staircase. Second floor balconies facing both the ocean and the marsh. Master bedroom suite with double sinks and walk in closet, 2 additional bedrooms with closets, and a den with a pull-out daybed. Grill in the large yard for you to use.
Sheets and towels are provided and is included in the rental price.
The rental fee includes a regular cleaning service, however there will be an additional cleaning charge if excessive cleaning is required.

Summary: The property was perfect for our family. Everything is as described and very clean and comfortable. The quality of every furnishing, from the mattresses to the mugs was exceptional. These small touches made our vacation truly feel relaxing yet luxurious. The beach views are amazing. We spent every day on the beach and at times felt like we had it all to ourselves. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Summary: We booked this for my parents' 50th anniversary. They stayed a week and absolutely loved it. They said they don't remember smiling and laughing as much as they did in a long time. Communication was great throughout. The view and beach were better than the pictures. Thank you for everything!

Summary: We loved everything about this place. Perfect size for our family of five. Having the living space and kitchen on the second floor allowed us to enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean. Kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely return here.

Summary: Beautiful house, well thought out with bedrooms downstairs and living areas upstairs. Amazing views anywhere you look. Front of house is looking at the marshes and back is overlooking ocean. Quiet neighbourhood minutes way from downtown. Easy communication with owner, very responsive.

Summary: This house was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was clean and well stocked, the location was amazing with a little general store a few doors down, beach access so easy, host extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, and just an overall lovely stay. We were sad to leave and wish we had another couple days at this house. Highly recommend and hoping to come back!
