Beach breezes flow beautifully through this cool, calm and tastefully decorated house. Located a few steps from the beach you'll love sitting on the balcony enjoying an afternoon wine or beer whilst relaxing to the sounds of the ocean.
The townhouse sleeps 8 people and is fully serviced all you need to bring are clothes and toothbrush. There is a washing machine and dryer for guest use, along with 2 car remote controlled garaged parking.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, carpeted and have built-in robes. There is WiFi and Nexflix available to use at your leisure also. A study nook is also provided in the property for an already set up work station.
Bed Configuration includes:-

1 x Foldout Sofa
The property is a 2 minute drive to CBD, where your choice of shopping and food will leave you busy for hours. Entrance to the Blue Water Trail is a stones throw away, which is great for walking or cycling. Just a short 5 minute drive to Harrup Park Country Club. Only a few steps to Town Beach (great for kite surfing) and Iluka Park.
We do require a bond of $500 and is to be paid prior to your stay. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm/secure your booking, if you cancel your booking this amount is non refundable. The balance of your rental property is to be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival. Deposits and final payments can be made direct bank transfer. When payments have been made please email confirmation through with your surname and arrival date as a reference, when deposit is received you will be emailed with relevant information such as arrival/departure dates and times.
Linen is supplied which includes fitted sheets, pillows, cases, bath towels, quilts and covers. We know you will have a relaxing and enjoyable stay with us, and are looking forward to hearing from you.
An exit cleaning fee of $176p/s is charged for stays less than 7 nights. The $500 security bond is refunded following the exit clean pending no damages.

Summary: The property and location are great. Access to local beach. Cant swim but still nice to walk. City is only about 5 mins away. House is well set out and equipped. Only ussue we had was the oven seemed to only work on grill.

Summary: This property was just perfect for myself and 2 sisters. The home was right near the park and we walked through the park to the beach every day. It was very spacious with the main bedroom, ensuite and a 2nd lounge area on the bottom floor and the other 2 bedrooms, kitchen, main bathroom and main lounge area upstairs. A great balcony area allowed us to sit outside and have drinks and snacks each evening whilst listening to the ocean and wildlife. The garage area was very spacious and secure with an electric roller door. The laundry was within the garage area. Highly recommend this property & would book again if we go back.

Summary: I stayed with a friend when we attended a conference. Spacious apartment, two living spaces. Only downside was that it was a taxi ride or 30 minute walk to the CBD. response from staff about checkin and also TV was appreciated.

Summary: This town house is absolutely perfect. Quiet, brilliant location and facilities. Close to all necessary places and room to chill when needed. Second time was like coming home. We will be back!

Summary: Well, the BBQ was disgusting, and when we mentioned it was told to take some photos, And sent photos were deemed to be OK, Cleaner was sent to clean the BBQ and was a hell of a lot better. So we turned it on and did not work. Message sent about BBQ and the usual response we cannot get in contact with the owner.AND now after leaving nearly 10 days later we are given a bill for marks on a couch.$198 HHHaaaaaa could clean a whole house for that . The carpets were Disgusting and i am sure the couch was the same. Lucky we took Photos before and will be taking the problem to STAYZ. NOT HAPPY

Summary: Enjoyed the trip to Mackay. The facility was good not great though. Ants throughout the kitchen and we were missing towels. The manoeuvre yo get in and out of the carpark and garage was awkward.

Summary: Modern property in nice location close to Mackay and the airport. Overall good but too few crockery for 5 adults so unable to use the dishwasher, shortage of pegs, bed side lights missing bulbs, no pillow case for the extra pillows. Fine tune the detail and the house would be excellent.

Summary: The townhouse is lovely and well set up. The ad says fully serviced but there wasn’t any tea, or salt and pepper or cleaning equipment supplied (and the apartment has to be cleaned before leaving) We booked for 8 people and only 6 towels were left out. Tried to call the after hours service 4 times and left messages but only got a response the next day when the office was open. The ac is not screwed down so shakes the wall of the main bedroom. The beds are not super comfy. I hope that Remax does better and takes feedback and improves the basic services offered as advertised.
