This 5 bedroom (plus a bonus room) 4.5 bath home is brand new and only a few steps to the beach! The first floor is a large Bonus Room with a TV, wet bar, full bathroom, and leads out to the amazing in ground pool! The second floor has four bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed, ensuite bathroom, and a large covered deck. Second bedroom has 2 single beds. Third bedroom has a single bed and a double bed. The fourth bedroom on this level also has a King Bed, ensuite bathroom, and a private deck. There is a full bathroom on this level as well. The top floor is the main living area which features a spacious living room, large flat screen TV, fireplace and a dining area with plenty of seating. The fifth bedroom is located on this level with it s own private bathroom. A large covered deck is off the living area with outdoor table and an outdoor sectional.
