6 Bedroom House in Townsend's Inlet, Sea Isle City

This newer Mashura Burger construction is just steps from the beach. Completed January 2016. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and a bonus room that can be used as a 6th bedroom or second family room. With 3 bedrooms that have their own private bath and deck, this is the perfect home for 2 or 3 families to share. The first floor is the bonus room with a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen tv and full bath. The second floor features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, 2 masters (one king, one queen) plus two kids rooms with a pyramid bunk, plus extra single mattress underneath in each. All bedrooms have cable tv's. The top floor is where you will find the kitchen, living room and dining room. There is also a master bedroom with a king bed and flat screen tv off the kitchen. This is one of the few beach block rentals with an elevator, what more could you ask for!
Most people do not rent out Mashura Burger homes. Many of the renters last summer told me the house was nicer than what is presented on VRBO. Agents have told me it's the nicest beach block rental in Sea Isle. Wish I could figure out how to present it better than I already do.
The house is well equipped with more amenities than most rentals. New additions include 6 bikes plus a tandem bike. One bike has an infant seat. And a Tarpon ocean kayak.

Summary: This house is a gem and must rent! We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was the perfect place for a large group. The layout is ideal with spacious bedrooms, gorgeous kitchen with plenty of seating, bonus room, patio and covered deck. We utilized all of these spaces and never felt cramped. The house was well equipped, clean and has a calming vibe through out. Ideal location to the beach! The owner was incredibly responsive leading up to the rental weekend. Already looking forward to coming back with my family!

Summary: This house is just gorgeous and so spacious. We had a houseful and it never felt crowded or noisy. It is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. We loved all the beach chairs and bikes. The elevator was an added plus especially for my 84 year old mother! It was a great weekend. We didn't want to leave! We would definitely stay here again. Joe was a pleasure to work with and very responsive.

Summary: Stunning beach house, perfect for large group! The house is brand new, clean and incredibly spacious with a great layout for bedrooms and it had plenty of bathrooms. The house was even more impressive in person than described! Impeccably decorated with classy yet modern touches complete with extra amenities such as beach chairs, a beach caddy and new bikes. Amazing location - only 4 houses from the beach on a quiet street with ample parking. Joe's communication was excellent throughout the entire process and he was very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!
