Summary: The house is great the location and the block are hard to beat. The beach at 84th street will hopefully be replenished to increase the size only downside. Overall A minus for the rental.

Summary: Clean and comfortable. Love the location, especially for kids…no streets to cross to get to beach, no through traffic. Quiet street, few houses from beach, short walk to ice cream, bakery, coffee, waterfront dining, shuttle to downtown. Loved the drive up check in.
