Summary: The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Residential setting makes it quiet and easy access to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, gas, harbor, beach, scenery and the wild horses ! Horses on the property are icing on the cake !! I was blessed to start and end my days visiting Trigger, Crystal and Surf.Owner/host is such a lovely person, very accommodating, a local resident, very knowledgeable about the island, a passionate horse lover, and is very easy to work with. Our stay was a fabulous combination of adventures, great seafood, and relaxation. She is also a realtor and would be my choice to find our own place on the island.

Summary: We had an amazing time! The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The ambiance made us truly embrace everything about Chincoteague. The owner was kind enough to show us her ponies and tells a bit of history. We had a very special time for our family. We are very grateful for the owner’s hospitality and the details that made the stay a much more rich experience.

Summary: The host was friendly, the ponies on site were friendly and social. This place could not have worked out better for us. Location is a mile from anything and everything. We came for somber reasons and having everything we needed close by made everything more bearable and gave us time to do what we needed to grieve.

Summary: Our recent stay at this property was absolutely fantastic. The attention to detail and the thoughtful gestures made our experience unforgetable. The communication with our friendly and helpful host was exceptional. The house was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with high end furnishings. The ammenities were amazing, with Smart TV's in every room, a ping pong table, and 4 ponies in a paddock next door. Thank you for a great stay at this beautiful coastal area.
