Positive: Spacious, absolutely clean condo, with all you need including beach towels, beach chairs etc. Large balcony with magnificent view of the beach and gulf (7th floor), nice pool. Easy parking, easy access w/o keys or cards, direct access to the beach. Restaurants cross the street. Total price is fair for the property and amenities.

Negative: Don't understand why the price is put w/o taxes, cleaning charges etc....

Positive: The view from the balcony was amazing! It is right on the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants that were open. The Islander's fish tacos are amazing! 10/10 would recommend, and will stay again!

Negative: I really can't think of a single thing that we didn't enjoy.

Positive: I was looking for a relaxing week of sitting on the beach and enjoying the sun but I also didn’t want the crowds that usually come with that beach. This place was perfect – great private beach, great views and very comfortable. This trip included my wife and my 18-year-old daughter and her best friend. This condo fit us perfectly. Large enough for us to spread out and not get in each other’s way. VERY large balcony with unbelievable views. The complex was very nice and clean and the building security was very comforting for my wife and I traveling with two 18-year-old girls. This was our first rip to Dauphin Island and we loved it. Will definitely be back.

Negative: This is more of a reflection of certain parents then the place, there was several occasions where there were young kids (4 to 10 years old) in the hot tub and in the pool area with little to no supervision and they were breaking every rule written on the wall. It would have been nice to have someone from the facility be there to stop the behavior.
