Summary: Checking in was easy and the ladies at the realty location where you pick up the keys were always very helpful. There is the potential for picking up and dropping off the keys after hours. You park at the dead end right beside the stairs to the house (the dead end parking is shared with the other beach house on Terra Ct). It's quite sandy so be careful.This is a very nice house right on the beach with a 180 degree view of the water. The house is much closer to the water than is shown from Google maps. The Gulf is 30 feet away from the edge of the large balcony. It's so close in fact, that I saw the neighbors fishing from their balcony! The front two bedrooms have direct access to the balcony. The living room has high ceilings (perhaps 20ft) and there is plenty of light through the large windows.The house was clean throughout and everything in the house worked as intended (we didn’t watch any TV). The Wi-Fi was fine for our needs (we didn’t have multiple users competing for bandwidth however). AT&T and T-mobile phones worked fine. The AC was more than adequate (we turned the temperature up to cool less).The kitchen was reasonably well stocked with various pots and pans and general cooking paraphernalia (I finished the cooking of 3 racks of smoked ribs). I mention this because the restaurants on the island are mostly poor. My family enjoyed our stay at Sandy Seclusion and I have no reservations about recommending it as a vacation spot.
