Positive: Pelican Reef is far enough away from town (Rincon) to be quiet and peaceful and close enough to be very convenient. We loved the pool and easy access to beautiful beaches, the very friendly and helpful neighbors, the tidy condo with everything we needed, the veranda outside where we ate lots of our meals. And it's a bonus when you can walk out to the street and pick up a mango (from the ground) to ripen and then eat with your breakfast.

Negative: The water heater heats the bathroom and kitchen sinks VERY well, but seems to just take the chill off the shower. We were okay with it, but a really hot shower would have been extra great.

Summary: Relaxing, friendly, convenient, beautiful place to stay in Rincon.
