Summary: Nice, tidy house. Very comfortable for couples. Located in a nice, convenient area. Great communication with owner. The only thing I might say need fixing/repair is the shower knob to turn on water and water adjustment, water either gets steaming hot or cold, no in between.

Summary: The place was super clean and in a safe neighborhood. Rincon is a great place for surfers with lots of shops and there's an art walk on Thursday nights which is very fun. would recommend Rincon to anyone looking for a chill time.

Summary: Place was perfect! Place is fully furnished and applianced. Has all the beach gear: chairs, towels, sunblock, etc. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc. Very clean. Jacuzzi with crystal clear water. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Ernie responded to all my messages, within just a few minutes. Thursday night art walk in Rincon is spectaculiar!

Summary: We enjoyed our 3 week stay. The cottage kitchen had everything we needed and we used the grill on the patio. The bedroom and bathroom were roomy and comfortable. Easy access to all the beach fun in town. We appreciate having beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Was a great getaway.

Summary: The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in rincon. About a 5-10 min drive to the center. The listing is honest and everything we wanted. 4 min walk to the beach- had beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, washer/dryer, jacuzzi, cool ac. The only difficulty was finding the place. The address that VRBO has, doesn’t take you to the property. However, we contacted the host, and he graciously led us to his home. It was late at night and he stayed on the phone with us until we walked through the front door. What an incredible and caring host. We will absolutely be back.

Summary: My partner and I stayed at Ernie’s place for a long weekend and it was ideal. Close enough to all the spots in Rincon in a quiet neighborhood. The property was spectacular. Super clean, beautiful, and squeaky clean. Ernie was extremely timely in his responses and was generous enough to let us borrow some beach gear beyond our checkout time. We got engaged during the trip as the cherry on top. Would gladly stay here again!

Summary: This was our second time staying at one of Ernie's properties. We cant say enough great things about our stay. This is a delightful little house/cottage. Full kitchen & bathroom. Quaint living room and large king bedroom. Fully stocked & with many furnishings, extra towels, bedding & toiletries. There is a really cool little hot tub for a late afternoon soak. He supplies beach chairs, cooler, umbrella & snorkels for fun days at the local beaches. You can literally walk down the block to playa corcega. We would book this place or his other place again in a heartbeat. Way better than your local hotel. Thank you 1000x Ernie & your beautiful wife for being so accommodating to us on our trip. We will see you next year again for sure!!! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
