Summary: There was a mistake at check-in an additional $265 was charged to my card problem was rectified but took 4 days to get my money back. Beds were comfy but I did see a roach in our bathroom and the shower handle was broken off. Towels and sheets were supposed to be replaced on day three but were not.

Summary: Carpet in room was wet. Whole room needs updated. Breakfast was poor quality. Hotel smells old and you can tell it used to have smoking allowed.

Summary: The hotel was ran down and needs a major overhaul. My husband tried ironing his pants and the iron was so old and messed up it ruined my husband's dress pants. The beds were uncomfortable and there were spiders and ants in the room. I stayed at this hotel last year and it was amazing but I dont know what happened in a year because it is really run down.

Summary: Overall, The Baymont is a decent choice if you’re looking for somewhere reasonably priced and convenient. It’s not a luxury experience by any means, but it’s functional and does the job for a short stay. There are certainly some areas that could be improved, but for the price, it’s not a bad option.

Summary: I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel was in poor condition overall — dirty and outdated. The pool area was unkempt and didn’t feel clean or safe to use. The breakfast was barely edible, with cold, greasy food and very little variety. We left a day early. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Summary: To start the trip the google picture does not look like the updated hotel. When I went in to make sure we were where we should be the man said yes and let us check in 2 1/2 hours early. In the room I opened a fridge to put pop in and a bug ran out. I pulled out a lot of the stuff to check for more that was the only one we saw. The microwave did not have the turn table. Rug although new was not vacuumed very well. Bathroom air vent had cobwebs hanging out. The worse part was the breakfast area. The worker had some loud foreign person talking on his phone. The gravy ladle for biscuits and gravy was put in a canister between guests. The worker scraped what was in the bottom and added it back to the new gravy.Not sure how long it had set in the canister. Did not wash out the canister. He just put the ladle back in it. The trash cans have a lid that we had to raise with our hands to put things like sugar packs, creamer cups each time. Need one that a person can step on the level to open or just no lid. The hot tub has a brown ring around the top of water line that scraped off with my nail. Pool hours are 2 pm-10 pm. Loosing before day check out to swim. Around entry doors and parking lot need swept. The workers were very nice. Signs say they are working on remodeling.
