Summary: Price was right for the stay but breakfast was a joke, kids running up and down the halls all day/night. Was outdated but clean. No room service the whole week but towels no clean up at all. I would consider other hotels in the area.

Summary: Troy was extremely rude to our party. I’ve never felt so unwanted in my life. Also there were these bugs all over our bed this morning. I left pretty quickly after these were found. Will not be back or recommend this place.

Summary: We had a jacuzzi suite and The room was nice with plenty of room. There are a couple of reasons for only 4 stars. First the jacuzzi tub had a soap film on it that would have been easy to clean, if an attempt had been made. Secondly, the breakfast was a little lacking. Kind of on the sparse side but, at least there was something. The pancake machine wasn’t working. There is a Cracker Barrell basically on the premises. The location is convenient to the interstate, gas stations and Frankenmuth without the Frankenmuth prices. Overall it was an ok place to stay and I would stay there again.

Summary: We did not enjoy our stay much. The bed was hard as a rock. The water in the toilet was so high in the bowl, I could not sit on it without parts of me dipping in the water. There are signs on the front desk and in the hotel soliciting tips, which is just tacky. For a deluxe suite, the room was dirty and gross. The shower made a loud screeching sound the whole time and was so high pressured it felt like my skin was gonna rip off. Just an overall unpleasant stay.

Summary: The beds & pillows were hard, bathtub did not have a tub stopper, vending machine was out of Pepsi, hotel’s pool isn’t kid friendly after 9pm of which we weren’t told that at check in, but it was manageable since we had the hottest water, the pool & hot tub was nice plus the staffs were mostly friendly (1 older front desk lady wasn’t approachable).

Summary: The front entry wasn’t the cleanest. The front desk lady and her mom were busy feeding her kids and grand kids so they were not attentive. Had to ask 3 times to get a yogurt. No meat with breakfast, snarky lady said “ there is sausage gravy for meat”. I will NOT stay here again.
