Positive: All are very good. So no need complain anything. But i have one reccomendetion. If you can please keep the electric kettle and 2 cups for each rooms. Because difficult to use one electric kettle for all guest in the kitchen.

Negative: Had only one electric kettle in the kitchen for all guests. So we recommend to add one electric kettle for each rooms with 2 cup.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay here. The room was very clean, beautifully set up, and in a perfect location to explore Nuwera Eliya. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. We truly felt welcomed. Highly recommended!

Positive: The hotel is a little far from the main tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, but I was surprised that basic toiletries like shampoo and soap weren’t provided. It would really improve the stay if they included these essentials. Otherwise, a pleasant experience overall
