Positive: Huge, comfortable apartment. Pleasant check-in and out.

Negative: Minor issues only - the coffee maker lacked the basket dispenser for the grounds, and the stove top bialetti was warped, so it didn't heat well. After one shower, the next person had barely enough hot water.
