Negative: No contact regarding arrival instructions. We were let into the property by a cleaner ..we found the shower was broken and I contacted the owner who said I couldn't complain as we hadn't yet arrived???. Later we had a guest knocking on our door telling us we were in the wrong apartment so had to pack up and move. Trying to speak to the owner was difficult. Also kept being asked to pay 50 euros to use the jacuzzi which was on our balcony.

Positive: -The sauna was really nice -The location was great -Beautiful view -Air conditioning in all the room -Amazing jacuzzi with the view

Negative: -The toilet seat was broken -The shampoos were not clear which is for what -The cutlery were all different and in bad condition -The lock of the door of the apartment did not feel safe -The pillow of the jacuzzi were broken and there was too much of chemicals in it (almost difficult to breathe) -I would use only white towels and bedsheets for guests but here some they use black ones which do not feel clean

Summary: It was a nice experience but did not worth the money!
