Positive: The location was great!! You could walk to beach, dinner, and grocery stores!! We were able to use the dock with our own kayak we brought. The kitchen was well equipped and although 1 bathroom there was a a combo tub and shower.. perfect for adults and baths for the kiddos!! Fans and windows open was enough to keep it cool.

Negative: I knew from the reviews that the place wasn’t up to date. That was okay 👍 it was an old fashioned beach bungalow. What bothered me was the Stench of marijuana from the previous guests!! I had my two grand girls with me and the odor was not pleasant. The odor stuck in the carpet and took 3 days to dissipate. Also there is no person to talk to with Vacasa. I left a bag there and couldn’t confirm whether they had it or not I had to drive all the way back. Even though the housekeeper had texted Vacasa no one ever texted me. I liked the little house but due to the impersonal experience and automatically generated emails I would not book through Vacasa again.
