Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of mats, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS:
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee.
LAUNDRY:
Private laundry facilities (free use) in hallway and garage. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
PARKING:
4 tandem spaces in a shared 4-car garage, accessed from the rear alley. Accommodates most vehicle sizes. General street parking can also be utilized throughout the neighborhood whenavailable.
LOCATION:
This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
