Negative: Communications with stuff. We had to ask ten times to clean pool. Or call them to take away food from the house, and we paid for room service.

Positive: Best food ever, comfortable stay. Good hotel, just don't expect the staff to speak English language. all polite people. Best view.

Negative: Despite leaving messages and calling the hotel phone , no one responded. Wifi is on and off. Since it's in the mountain it's understandable.

Positive: Very nice pool area with the view to the mountains. Our apartment had even private wood-heated sauna!

Negative: It was Saturday, and still the hotel had noisy construction going on.
