Positive: The apartments and chalets were done with style, views, pool, spa were all beautiful. The food is good, there are karaoke options, netflix, big outdoor pool and small indoor one in spa.
Negative: The staff are yet to be properly trained, nobody is rude, however they don’t know the basic rules and etiquette of hospitality. We weren’t asked for our IDs when we were checking in, breakfast buffet was hectic, some of the facilities weren’t functioning properly.
Summary: There is a lot of potential, the place is good. I’d give it a few years before it is great.

Negative: Communications with stuff. We had to ask ten times to clean pool. Or call them to take away food from the house, and we paid for room service.

Positive: Best food ever, comfortable stay. Good hotel, just don't expect the staff to speak English language. all polite people. Best view.
Negative: Despite leaving messages and calling the hotel phone , no one responded. Wifi is on and off. Since it's in the mountain it's understandable.
