Positive: Location is perfect, in the mountains near the small river.
Negative: 1. In One Bed room actually two adjacent bed even without the common mattress, and the bed linens does not properly fit 2. Pillows are very bad quality, so the sleep was not good 3. Swimming pool is extremely chlorine 4. No signage on the soap/body wash/shampoo in the bathroom 5. Bathroom fittings are broken while the place in general very new 6. Hot and cold taps do not correlate with markings 7. The room was for two, but only one bathrobe was present 8. No room service, you can order from restaurant but staff forgot to bring what was ordered

Positive: Unique location. Outside area with swimming pool. Good breakfast.
Negative: Level of service by staff is poor, unfriendly and unprofessional. On the first glance interior is looking fancy, but quality of installation poor, broken elements. Going to shower means, door hanger broken, no hot water, shower dirty and pipeline broken. We changed the room then. Breakfast service a drama. Golden porcelain and imitation of caviar should make a premium look and feel, but the level of staff service is like in a hostel. 3x attempt to order a coffee and omelette. Crowds of staff, but not trained and without orientation what to do, far away to professionally answer a client question. Restaurant bill from the evening no one could find in the morning. In order to pay 'sth' other goods have been set to the bill, as the one what we consumed are not in the cashier system. Super unprofessional. While solving this issue, the restaurant director was sitting nearby, quite bored, when I asked for support he ignored. Overall, excellent location and someone tried to build a premium hotel, but service is bad.

Positive: Great location in the mountains! We really enjoyed our stay here. The setting is beautiful — nestled in the mountains, with the unique opportunity to swim in a mountain river, which feels absolutely amazing on a hot day. The pool and the area around it are well-maintained and very relaxing. The restaurant serves tasty food, and the breakfast was also very good. Beds were comfortable, and overall it’s a great weekend getaway spot for the whole family. That said, the place is still quite new, so there are a few rough edges here and there — but nothing that ruined the experience. Looking forward to seeing how it develops!
Negative: Now, to the downsides — and there were quite a few, though I believe most of them are fixable: The construction was clearly rushed — lots of small issues throughout the room. Most notably, we had a serious issue with the AC unit leaking condensation like a waterfall in the middle of the night. Service by the pool was extremely slow. I waited 40 minutes before anyone even came over to bring towels. At one point, the bar even ran out of ice. The shower in our room was dirty — it looked like someone had walked through it in muddy boots, and there were long black hairs on the floor. The music at the pool was very loud — which seemed like an odd choice for a hotel that’s clearly designed for families. If you’re sitting there with a small child, it’s nearly impossible to get them to nap. The music was also very audible in our room, making it hard to rest during the day. The mountain river spot is beautiful, but unfortunately there’s quite a bit of trash along the way — which really takes away from the experience. I truly hope the hotel takes note of these issues, because the location is great and the potential is definitely there. With a few improvements, it could become an even more enjoyable place to stay.
