Summary: Booked a week long stay here while my families home had new floors put in. Great quiet location, close to home with everything we needed to keep our kids busy. Also great delivery options if you don’t feel like cooking during your time away from home… Sicilian Butcher was our favorite takeout we chose in the area!

Summary: We intended to stay semi-long term while looking for a new home to purchase but left prior to the end of our scheduled stay and ate the cost of a new place. When we initially booked it was with the understanding Neil would add an EV charger to the garage. He added the power but no actual charger like we had discussed. It was not until I complained to VRBO and after we had already left he finally ordered the charger. Neil was very rude when questioned about this. There is clearly no pest control because the amount of scorpions, spiders, etc found in the home was excessive. There is also no regular yard maintenance done which adds to the pest problem. When we arrived we found the master sheets to have urine stains on them which we immediately took off and put all of our own bedding on. Mattresses are very firm. I informed Neil that the dryer did not work well and would only work on the timed dry function and his response was that no one else has complained about it so he did not bother to address it. There is no floorboard under the kitchen sink probably after the leak another guest wrote about. The master shower requires you to pull a cord for water flow to keep going. There is quite a bit of personal stuff in the garage and the single car port has a car in it so there is really only room for one car unless you have 2 compact cars. The good about this house is the location is very close to Target and Fry's, there are 2 king sized beds and dark rooms for sleeping.

Summary: The pool was not as large as our past rentals, but heated and fun. The pool table was such an added luxury enjoyed by my 77 year husband and I (remembering days of old) and our teenage grandchildren. Our grandchildren joined us for four days and golfed and shopped to their delight. The location is IDEALl!! it is close to wonderful, varied restaurants. Neil, the property manager, was the best we have ever had in the many years we have enjoy our VRBO vacations in Arizona.

Summary: Very nice home located near all shopping venues. A few minor issues, the owners were quick to respond and took care of them immediately. Big home, lots of room, great pool and a few new golf balls every morning. Would recommend .

Summary: What an absolutely awesome home and location for our Thanksgiving week vacation. This home has everything you need to keep your family and pets entertained. The swimming pool, pool table, putting green and poker table were just some of amazing amenities this home had to offer. The neighborhood and location was perfect for our shopping and restaurant needs. There was plenty of room for all eight of us and enough kitchenware to support our Thanksgiving family holiday.. we absolutely recomend this home for your vacation needs.. we will definitely be coming back and hope to stay here in the future.. The home owners were perfect with communication before, during and after our stay. To the Krebs, thanks again. You guys are awesome.

Summary: very nice heated pool! Great neighborhood. Short walk ro a very nice park. Shopping and very food restaurants close. Big dining table for family dinners inside and outside Comfy beds. This house is great for a family vacation

Summary: We were very comfortable in this house during our stay. The photos are very accurate. The location is great with several grocery stores nearby. There are also many stores and restaurants very close. We enjoyed the patio and pool. Neil was available and prompt to reply when we had a question.
