Negative: If there had to be anything-The outside trash can is at the property they own next door. That was a little weird because there were people staying there as well.

Positive: The property was beautiful and clearly newer. We saw bear almost every day! The couch was extremely comfortable. Great cabin.

Negative: The beds were HARD like old mattresses. Terrible sleep every night. The properties insistence on messaging and demanding information was more than I’ve ever experienced.

Summary: Great place to stay - may want to sleep on the sofa though.

Positive: We loved the solitude of it and the close proximity of it to Gatlinburg and other attractions.

Negative: The view was good. If some of the dead trees could be removed, it would be a lot better, as well as trimming some of the trees directly in front of the cabin. Overall though, we absolutely loved it.

Summary: We seriously loved the cabin and the area. I would definitely recommend!

Positive: We loved the ease and simplicity of everything. There were no questions of where anything was or what we needed to do.

Negative: We wished their were more dish towels in the kitchen and that the hot tub was get in ready. We had to wait a few hours for it to get warm.

Negative: Not a fan that many properties have changed their check out time to 10am; if this is the case shouldn’t the check in time be sooner also?

Positive: Beautiful cabin looks fairly new, beautiful views... up to date appliances , nice counters , it was large and spacious maybe the high ceilings gave it that feel for being a 2 bedroom. Loved the covered porch/deck with hot tub. like that its all flooring not carpet. We even had a bear that came around each day, he never bothered us we usually watched him from the porch/deck

Negative: The climb up was very curvy and straight up a mountain , definately recommend a 4 wheel drive(stated in the listing) My only real complaint was they let me know the day before my arrival that there was construction going on and that we may hear noise I feel this should have been disclosed upon booking as I may have made a different decision. Everyday we would hear chain saws and what we think were leaf blowers, plus they were building a house around the corner so you could hear the machinery. During the week we had road crews out who were working on the road right by our cabin, starting a little after 8am many times the road was blocked by their very large & loud machinery -There is only 1 way out. They always took lunch at 11 and would park the machinery right next to our cabin, so we would just leave then and return after 6. Had we been planning to just relax at our cabin most of the trip this would have been very annoying hearing them work most of the day.
