Summary: House was great for our group of seven, and could have held more. Lots of space, interior was nice, everything was generally as advertised. Short ubers to different entertainment areas, so easy to get around. Neighborhood was quiet which was nice. Pool was refreshing. Overall the rental worked great for our group.

Summary: Overall the stay was great. The location was perfect for us and walking distance to some South Congress bars and restaurants. Only 15 minutes to anywhere else we needed to go, including airport. Upon arrival we were a bit dissappinted, we paid extra for early check in and the back patio and pool was dirty. The condition of the back deck needed some TLC with paint chilling and tiny furniture. For the price of the house, I expected more attention to detail. Windows to bedroom and bathroom on main floor didn’t have any window coverings, bed sheets were tattered and ripped, no hangers in huge closet making it unusable, and ice maker of freezer didn’t work and looked like it needed a good clean. Outside of the things mentioned, the rest was good. Communication with host was timely and offered to send someone to clean the pool/patio if we sent pictures but my group didn’t want to bother with that and had already cleaned it before we reached out. They also gave us a late check out for no cost to help make up for the issue which I appreciated. The house size and bedroom accommodations were great for a group of 12 women celebrating a bachelorette party. The bathrooms were updated and clean, the beds were comfortable, open floor plan. Overall, my sister’s bachelorette party was a success and we enjoyed our time at this house and in Austin.
