Summary: No coffee maker in the room. Costs of all items were very high. Beautiful space but over priced.

Summary: Hotel Saint Ceclia is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the South Congress Ave shopping and restaurant district in Austin. The property is adorned with old oaks and English ivy that makes the grounds, restaurant, bar, and pool area feel very secluded. Our pool side cabana (No.11) was neat as a pin, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The entire property has a 50s/60s cool vibe that isn’t contrived or pretentious. More like a throwback to Austin before Austin was discovered by the rest of the world. We relaxed, had some boozy cocktails, delicious meals, and a great time. Our new favorite Austin hotel.

Summary: We had a mostly pleasant stay. The staff was courteous, and our room was very nice and clean. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The burger and fries were amazing — definitely a highlight! That said, the air conditioner in our room wasn’t cooling properly, and the temperature never dropped below 74 degrees, which made it uncomfortable at times. Also, the bartender had a bit of frantic energy and the espresso martini unfortunately missed the mark. Overall, a lovely property with great food, but a few service and comfort issues kept it from being a perfect stay.

Summary: One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Loved everything. Only complaint is that the pool was too cold. It didn’t stop me from swimming but it would have been much more enjoyable if warm. Other than that, the hotel was amazing and we will definitely be back!
