Positive: Excellent owner, did what he could to make it a great stay. He is also a taxi driver and can take you to the border control. The guesthouse is next door to an excellent pad Thai restaurant and across the street is the supermarket. A great stay!

Summary: This is a wonderful guesthouse! Five stars!

Positive: Convenient enough location (we didn’t do much in town to be honest, it was just a stop-over coming from Laos & heading to Chiang Rai). The value for money was pretty good, the room is lovely and bed very comfortable.

Negative: Sadly the bathroom was not as good, the drain was not cleaned, had hair from previous tenants so was not really draining which we came to realize as the floor of the bathroom became a little pool while taking a shower, lol.. plus the breakfast options are very basic but it was optional for is so it’s completely fine, I just would not fully rely on it.

Positive: Good night's stay after arriving from Laos. Comfortable and friendly. Recommended. Mini bus from border dropped us at the door which was welcome after a long journey. Recent reviews say no breakfast. Now incorrect - nice coffee and breakfast, they even have yogurt fruit and muesli!😋

Negative: Fairly minor point , but thin curtains and bright exterior lights reduced our sleep, plus the cockerals thought 3.00 am was time to wake up! Maybe turn the lights off please nice owners.
