Positive: After a day out on the town, this was a great place to come back to for a peaceful rest. It was also a real treat to start the day with delicious homemade breakfast in the front garden. The room was immaculately clean. The home owners were very kind and helpful. The neighbors friendly, and helpful as well.

Summary: What a charming, lush green, local, quiet pocket in the bustling city. It was nice to see another side of Bangkok!

Positive: The place was lovely surrounded with nature. The neighbourhood is a local neighbourhood you get to see how the true local live and be part of them. The room was good, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast prepared by the hosts were really tasty and delicious.

Negative: I wished the the bathroom was bigger, or at least have some glass shelves near the mirror to put contact lens cases, face wash, tooth paste etc. now we only place them around the basin.

Summary: Would definitely return if I have the chance

Positive: narrow road to homestay, a bit far from station...if you feel want to away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this homestay is good choice for you.

Negative: every morning take a cup of coffee...I like one person static static seat am in daze...feel relaxing

Positive: We chose Baan Boon as our first place to stay in Bangkok and we liked it right away. When we saw other hotels in Thailand at a similar price, we liked them even more. Baan Boon is located in a non-tourist district and you can walk the streets where everyday life of average Thais takes place. The room is in the house with a total of four rooms. The room with basic equipment is clean with working air conditioning, the bed is quite comfortable. Breakfasts are served in the garden, owners serve something new every day. For example, we ate Tom kha Kai and some broth with minced shrimp meat and rice. In addition, bread, jams, coffee and juices are available every day. There is free filtered water and a washing machine and dryer for a fee. 3-4 minutes to the BTS station (the basic means of rapid transport around the city). It is worth walking a bit across the canal to the small market in front of the Wat Krachap Phinit temple, where you can eat for 50 baht.

Negative: In the bathroom, a shelf for cosmetics would be useful. You need to buy a mosquito repellent, because the walls of the house are not airtight and mosquitoes fly in. At least a minimal barrier would be useful on the mezzanine
