Positive: breakfast bit over the top and coffeeshop could be included in free breakfast, location sad to see ferry completely disorganised and completely handed to icon siam

Negative: hated not to see management walking around and talking to guests and F&B manager was a anti propaganda for clean food and service

Positive: Breakfast buffet was high-quality and enormous selection; the mango station was an especially nice touch. Amenities were all superb, down to the sauna/steam room in the gym locker rooms. On the whole a wonderful resort that we would come back to in a heartbeat.

Positive: The rooms were clean and the breakfast was amazing

Negative: The bathrooms were small and the shower tub was very steep and not safe at all , moreover the water taps are very old . We have asked them to upgrade the room for an extra charge because my parents couldn’t use their shower area but they said its not available, although on booking.com it was apparent that they have vacant rooms . The rooms service was horrible, we have asked for a fork and knife because my parents wanted to have some fruits, they refused to provide us with a knife moreover they asked for an extra charge to peel a mango !!!! & the room service guy was very rude .
