Positive: This place was great! Very neat, clean, spacious and comfortable, as well as eco-friendly, with water in glass bottles replenished daily, and no pesticides. The shower worked great. The building is tucked away from traffic, and there was almost no external noise at all, which was really a treat. It was close to a 7-Eleven and less than 15 minutes' walk from a BTS station. I would definitely stay here again. :)

Negative: I did see some mosquitoes in the room on the first night (but not after), and a few bugs, but really appreciated the avoidance of pesticides. The AC struggled to cool down the room but I didn't mention it during my stay because it didn't bother me much, and the host later said they would have fixed it if I had. My room turned out to be on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, so just think about this if stairs are a concern for you. The only noise nuisance was the scraping of furniture legs on the floor of the apartment above; otherwise I didn't hear neighbors at all.
