Positive: Fantastic location, especially if you like living amoung the locals. We really liked the neighbourhood and the proxmity to the BTS - it was easy to get around.

Negative: Our unit was on the ground floor, so we had to keep the blinds shut for privacy.

Positive: The spacious room, design, and decor. The location and the decent choice of places to eat and drink in the area.

Negative: Sometimes, it was very noisy in room/s in floor/s above mine. It sounded as if children were running around the apartment. Obviously, this is not the fault of the owners, but it was still very irritating.

Positive: The staff was very kind and helpful. The room spacious. Good value for money. Easy self check in/out.

Negative: Could only talk to the staff indirectly, via the booking.com messaging. The place was kept clean, but there was a bit of an odour issue, presumably had to do something with the sewage. Staff took prompt action to mitigate this, which partly worked.
