Positive: The place was very quiet and quaint. It had a good kitchen. Plenty of space and linens. The beds were very very firm but still comfortable. We had eggs for breakfast. They were just in the fridge and you have to make them yourself. They were fantastic about luggage storage and kept our luggage for the day. The apartment is a one off location. There is nobody around, no check in desk, no neighbors.

Negative: The bathroom and shower were not attached to the main building so if you needed the bathroom at night, you had to leave the apartment and go around back to the bathroom. Some communication difficulties with regards to payment and we ended up paying 3-4 days later from another hotel in Danang. We reserved a crib (big deal if you have a baby). Hours before check in, we received a message saying that the crib was broken and that no crib would be available. That really sucked as it was the main reason that we had reserved there.

Positive: Beautiful villa having each and every thing of need to stay. A beautiful villa decorated in the best old style. Everything you need is there. The lighting system is also very good.

Negative: Due to the vacant plot next to it, it is a little dark and a little disturbing at night. In addition, the washroom is also outside.

Positive: We were not have any guidance of breakfast. We see some eggs etc. But we were not guided for, so we didn't touch them.

Negative: Freedom and surrounding. Also, near to Ba Na Hills was better advantage for us.

Summary: Overall very nice, comfortable and convenient. We can recommend as a batter property by location.

Positive: Willingness for the host to be helpful prior to arrival. Very isolated location, snacks drink and alcohol available for purchase directly in the house with a price list if you need.

Negative: The main picture is indeed the villa, But they fail to mention the bathroom is no attached to it, it’s a small room very hot and humid in the garden. Have to go out at night with a torch to use the restroom. We wanted to drop our luggage before going to bana hill, host gracefully accepted, only to discover we were to leave our belonging in the villa while it was still occupied by previous guests. Communication was difficult too, due to language and lack of host preparation. I had never seen before an accommodation on booking.com that needed to be paid by bank transfer despite booking with my card, and no communication was made prior to the stay. It’s only after check out and without ever meeting the host that I was confirmed by booking.com I needed to pay (took 24h to get a response from them, I’m sorry for that delay too). Finally there’s a lot of dust in the accommodation, while it’s beautifully decorated, shelves need cleaning.

Summary: Lot of potential for future

Positive: The hosts are incredibly kind and accommodating; they exceeded all expectations. We arrived quite late, and with no restaurants open nearby, they went out of their way to order food for us and have it delivered free of charge. They also arranged a driver for us when it was difficult to reach a Grab. Additionally, they offered to take us to the airport at a lower taxi rate.

Negative: The villa is quite far from the city, making taxi fares expensive because of the distance. We had difficulty finding the villa when we first arrived because the area is quite dark and has few nearby houses. The bathroom/toilet is located outside the main house. It’s also challenging to get deliveries at night, as Grab often cancels due to the long distance.

Positive: Like the proximity to Sunworld Ba Na Hills allowing early starts which can be essentials with all the tourist that visit the area. Place is in a rural area, so you are surrounded by farms animals and the smells may be overwhelming for some. Overall cozy little place that met all our needs. A bit hidden.

Negative: The shower/toilet is separate room outside.

Positive: House looks like on the pictures. Nice style and quiet private. Host friendly. Kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I've seen in a long time. Waterfilter! Karaoke machine! AC! Distance to Ba Na Hills. We had a great time, thank you!

Negative: Its a bit unfortunate that the bathroom is outside separate fromt the rest (but that is mentioned prior), especially when it rains. Next door is a rooster and there was construction so it was quiet nosy in the mornings. People are allowed to smoke inside so even though they have air refresheners its a bit smelly in the living room (maybe not optimal for non-smokers). Location to Bana hills great, but surrounding not very nice, there is trash dump infront of the door and the restaurants around overcharge with touristprices. NO Supermarket close by, so bring your food from town!!! Also unfortunately it was not super clean when we arrived (molded chilis in fridge, open used fanta in fridge, left over food in sink, stain on bed)- but bearable.

Summary: Some improvements to consider, but overall we enjoyed our stay :)
