Positive: Beautiful surroundings, its very quiet and tranquil and you can hear all the animals and toads ect at night, its a truly magical experience.

Negative: Was disappointed the pool wasnt filled but we are a little out of season for december, the property is down a little track so you need to catch a taxi from the main road.

Positive: The bungalows and the beautiful garden are a tranquil oasis on the outskirts of Danag city and very easy to reach. A warm welcome from the lady who owns the property will await curious travellers and they will be rewarded with a beautiful experience, where one can rest and gain insights into Viet Nam. Delicious dishes were offered with the owner and life stories shared around the outdoor dining table, filed with laughter and wonder. It was beautiful and will imprint upon me the glorious wonder of life and all the beauty it contains.

Negative: All I found was harmony and beauty. What is not to like in this?

Positive: I didn't have an adapter to charge my phone and asked the receptionist for one, he didn't have them so he offered me his own power bank. The owner is very very welcoming, took the time to talk to my dad during breakfast and even took a photo and sent them to me via email. We went during February so the place was chilly and windy. I love the paddy field view behind the buildings. This is the only decent stay I can find that is away from the city and near ba na hills as the hotels in BA na hills are very expensive.

Negative: The bathroom floor and room floor are almost at the same level, so during the shower, the water floods into the room easily. However, for an accommodation that is only 7 months old and run by one lady, this issue is not a deal breaker. The entrance is not accessible to cars, so your taxi has to stop by the roadside and you have to walk 20-30m to the stay.

Positive: Very humble, helpful and accommodating staff. Common areas of the property were absolutely delightful.

Negative: Tiny rooms and toilets. No hot water. Almost no bathrooms. Not much privacy as the curtains on glass doors won’t cover completely. Breakfast included 1 dish and 1 drink per person. Everything else was charged. Poor communication about charges from the staff. Noisy nights and mornings with dog barking constantly.

Summary: Beautiful surroundings. Good for couples. Not good for families wanting space. Poor value for money

Positive: we loved this little Homestay and would’ve loved to have had the time to stay longer, a little oasis in a big, noisy city. Lien welcomed us in the middle of a downpour and made sure we were comfortable and well settled. the bungalow was so comfortable and has everything a traveller needs. The pool is a bonus (weather permitting) and Lien made great coffee.

Summary: We will definitely stay here again when we visit Danang.
