Tri was incredibly kind and proactive, especially when he noticed some nearby construction noise and immediately offered another room (which I kindly declined since it didn't bother me at all and the peaceful neighborhood vibe remained perfect). Easy to reach and super responsive to every little request, Tri and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything felt just right. Negative: Rather than say what I didn't like, I will just say it is not worth noting.

Positive: Good place and the host is one of the most friendly i’ve seen in properties! Always answering promptly to any request I had in whatsapp, good english and very welcoming, which made a good impression on arriving on the country since he was the first local I talked to. I really appreciate it cause sometimes it’s hard to find. Thanks mate! The location is around 9-10km from most touristic places, but the neighborhood is very local (I felt like I was one of the only westerns walking around, was a good experience to see the real local Da Nang). Room is spacious and comfortable bed. I liked the fact that I had a microwave which is not common to find in rooms.

Negative: The big thing for me is that besides the street being quiet, there was a construction literally in front of my window. Which means from 7am on there is a lot of construction noise. So I recommend you bringing earplugs and an eye cover (the room gets bright too), if you wanna sleep in. That was enough for me except for this last morning (the noise still woke me up at 7am even with earplugs). If that’s not a big deal for you, I still recommend the place and I would still come back in the future. Also, bring a soap. Though they do offer shampoo samples and a toothbrush+small toothpaste :). They offer a small towel, but apparently you can rent if you want the normal size one. It was not too bad to use that one for me.

Positive: The manager took the time to check that everything was going smoothly. The airport pick-up was appreciated. I got to my residence on a very rainy night. The accommodation was well presented and in good condition. Going to the beach just a few hundred metres away was a good way to chill out. Food stalls all along the beach. The locals were friendly and helpful. Da Nang has many attractions. I enjoyed my stay.

Negative: Working out public transport can take a lot of vigilance. Ride share- Grab, is very affordable though. Arranging sightseeing can be somewhat challenging if tour companies can't be reached through Whatsapp to discuss pick up points, schedules and costs.

Positive: Far from the madding tourist crowds. It's a local neighborhood. Great seafood restaurants at local prices and real Vietnamese cuisine; tailored for the locals and not the tourist. Very little English here but almost everyone is friendly. The sole exception is a bit of a nasty woman at the bakery who refuses to serve foreigners. It's a new hotel and everything is spanking new and works. There are a few kinks still to be worked out so a measure of self-efficiency is required.

Summary: Good place for a digital nomad to work. Great wifi and few distractions. Very close to the beach.
