Summary: Good location to spend the night when travelling further like I did. Clean, modern hotel. Clean room and decent bathroom. Rooms have no AC as this is prohibited by law apparently. No real issue as temperatures were ok. Had issues checking in and as this is self check-in it took some time to get access to the room. I was not the only one with this issue so recommendable to check to improve the check in as after hours of driving you don't want such hold up. I arrived at a Sunday evening so realizing most if not everything was closed so drove back into Austria (only 10 mins) for some small groceries. Breakfast in the morning was very good with a variety of choices.

Summary: Self check in did not work well. When we arrived there was no room connected to our reservation. We did not get the family room that we had booked but were offered two double rooms instead.

Summary: Nice hotel with a good pool. The restaurant was also good and the indoor pool. We would definitely come again. (Family with two children).

Summary: The hotel has a self check in. Which is totally fine if you don’t have any problems or questions. We got into our room and one of the reading lamps on the headboard was pulled out of the wall and live exposed electrical wires were hanging out. I couldn’t find anyone on the property to tell, so I sent an email with the picture to an email address I found on the website. I got a reply the next morning thanking me for my email. In the meantime, I slept with exposed live wires about 3 inches from my head. We didn’t book with breakfast included, but we went down in the morning to ask if we could buy a coffee and the person in the breakfast room said no. She said the coffee was “kaput”. That was the only person I saw working on the property for our stay. The bedroom looked nice. The bathroom was very nice. There was no A/C and it was very hot. No fridge in the room, no coffee maker or kettle. The sauna was nice as well. But if you want coffee in the morning and a real live person to tell when the wiring is exposed, maybe pick another hotel…

Summary: The air conditioning was not allowed to be adjusted so it was not cool at all in the room. Cited some environmental reason. No onsite staff but the front desk had a phone that allowed someone remote to handle any challenges we had.

Summary: Very good stay over all the only thing which was disappointing. Is the website states that breakfast is included for all, when we arrive we found out that we had to pay an extra €25 per day
