Positive: Everything was excellent – simple, comfortable, clean and tidy. We booked a last-minute deal and got the accommodation at a very good price. Everything is new, fresh, and smells great. It’s a great low-budget option that perfectly met our expectations as normal travelers without luxury demands. We would definitely stay here again.
Negative: The only small remark is that it would be helpful if it was mentioned on Booking that there is no reception, and that at the entrance there is an “artificial gentleman” holding the envelopes with the room key cards. It would also be nice if at least the guest’s initials were written on the envelope to make it easier to find the right one.

Positive: The facilities are very new and bed is comfortable, and the common kitchen area is lovely, with complementary water/snacks/coffee/tea. Lovely for a night stay in Liechtenstein, nice surroundings to take a stroll
Negative: The view wasn’t as beautiful (1.0G) as the picture shows due to the construction outside. Furthermore there may be some small insects flying around due to its location (but there’s insect repellent!)

Positive: Nice access from the reception via mobile phone. Free food and drinks. Beautiful view of the mountains. There was no TV, you have it in other rooms, but the view made up for it. In addition, we had a perfect internet connection, so the TV was replaced by a laptop. It is a very new accommodation, I think the prices will be higher in the future. But I say for myself that this price per night is absolutely fine.

Positive: Nice big comfortable room with shared kitchen area. Free parking onsite and in a quiet location. Good communication from host and smooth remote check-in.
Negative: We had some difficulty finding the accommodation. Initially our GPS took us to an identically named street on the other side of Liechtenstein. When we got to the correct location it was difficult to identify where the accommodation was (at the rear of an industrial building). Some more clear instructions would be useful for arrival.
