Negative: Check in is self-service, which is easy, efficient and with all payment options. However, it is NOT realtime with the booking system, so it could not find my booking and I had to call support. But there is no phone in the reception area, so I had to make an international call. They should install a phone or a WhatsApp button on the screen. That was 15 min waiting not knowing if I had a place to sleep But apart from that, all was good

Negative: It s a bit of an uphill so bare it in mind if you don't have a car.

Negative: It’s unattended. You check in on a computer terminal. The TV in our room didn’t work. There’s a phone number to call if you have a problem. That was no good to me as my phone was on a data only e-sim and I couldn’t make calls.

Positive: If you want to go hiking it is close to mountains. We were more interested in shopping - there is no public transport servicing the Kloster. The rooms were large with great views. The restaurant is vegan/vegetarian and very tasty.

Negative: Distance from public transport and the fact it is a steep incline you have to walk up to get to it from the closest bus route. No fridge, safe or kettle in the room.

Summary: It has both good and bad aspects

Positive: Breakfast was included. Close to what we wanted to visit. Nice views.

Negative: Noisy. Squeeky floors, coffee machine on 1st floor was stacked with dirty cups & trash. Coffee machine in morning needed to be 'serviced'.
