Positive: Short walk from Napoli Centrale. Felt quite safe in the neighboring area during my stay in summer. The building has been renovated in and out. The manager is very thoughtful and informative. We communicated by Whatsapp and Google translate without any problem.

Negative: Adjusting water temperature during shower is a little bit tricky... Seagulls were noisy in one or two early mornings during my one-week stay.

Positive: The host was amazing!! She is very helpful and always available, even late in the evening, or during the night; we stayed here for a concert and I had to contact her at 1am to ask for a taxi number as we really didn’t know how to come back to B&B as all the service were not available..

Negative: Unfortunately my pillowcase was non changed prior my arrival (I found hairs on it) and I had to put a towel on it. Although, I am sure that if I asked, the host would have changed it, but I was just embarrassed to..

Positive: Property itself made us feel like at home, there was everything what anyone would need from simple kitchen things till first aid and shoe polishing stuff. Everything was clean and host was very helpful and was checking if we are ok while there. Place is very close to the Naples town with Metro took us 10 minutes. We were lucky to find parking near property on the street which gets full very quickly.

Summary: Pleasant host, very clean and comfortable place to stay. Recommend 100%

Positive: Well-equipped apartment in a great location. You can find everything you need. The area is quiet and the bed is comfortable. The Wi-Fi is good. The owner is very friendly, always available to help and can also recommend activities and tips for the stay. The only downside is that the apartment faces an inner courtyard with no sunshine and the heating is provided by a single air conditioner located in the bedroom. Overall, we were satisfied and enjoyed our time, thank you!
