Positive: Fabio was so welcoming. The rooms were cozy and the entire house is both historic and picturesque. This was a quintessential Tuscan experience. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, made form ingredients from their garden and farm. I loved getting to see the animals. Plus, we were able to purchase home grown olive oil!

Negative: Nothing I disliked. Can't say anything bad about my stay here. The area has poor cell service but that's not their fault. Luckily they have wifi!

Positive: Staying at Fabio's is well worth the trip off the main roads to the peace and quiet of the countryside. Fabio is the best host ever, providing us with wine from his vineyard and local produce when we arrived and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. The room was very comfortable, very clean and very roomy. The building itself is historic and has lots of character, it has been quite recently converted into a b&b. Although the setting is rural there is a good restaurant just up the road and it is about 15 minutes drive from Arrezzo. Thank you Fabio for the cakes you gave us as we left and for lots of interesting conversations.

Negative: There is nothing to dislike about this place.

Summary: The owner, Fabio, couldn't do enough for us. A very memorable stay.

Positive: Wonderful hosts, very kind and helpful. Great quality local food and fresh juices. Peaceful place, perfect for relaxation, far enough from large cities, but not too far from "civilisation". Animals on the farm are almost as friendly as the hosts :) I highly recommend this place to all nature loving people and I will surely visit Casa del Pietro next time!

Summary: Best place I've slept in Italy so far since past 12 years of travelling there.

Positive: Great room, especially beds, private bathroom, and breakfast. Nice owners, they waited for us for a late check-in. I think it will be a top property once it is finished.

Negative: Air-condition was set to 27 degrees and it was too hot to sleep comfortably. The building is still in construction and there is no terrace to use.

Summary: Good value, until it is finished it's a great place to stay one night if you are visiting Arezzo.

Positive: The apartments are 15 minutes drive from Arezzo, in a quiet location. Everything is new and very clean. Breakfasts with freshly squeezed orange juice and pastries were wonderful.
