Positive: Everything. This is a true 10 BNB. You have your own private 2 bedroom apartment with a lovely private bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the rooms a good size. You have access to a lovely lounge room with comfortable seating and a large screen TV. Outside you overlook the Tuscan Hills and can take it all in while sitting on a large couch under the porch. Breakfast was well above what we expected. It was fresh, plentiful and was different each day. The location is only about 20 minutes from Arezzo. A lovely place well worth visiting in Tuscany. Lastly but without a doubt the biggest reason this place is a 10 is the host, Rosanna. This wonderful host makes you feel like you are at home. She went out of her way to make us feel like we belong there. She gives you space to relax but is there if needed. She made us feel so special while we were there, even given us recipes to try back home. She is without a doubt the best host I have experienced in all my years of travelling. She made the trip so memorable.

Positive: Villa Spino is an amazing place, in an accessible place in the mountains, near Arezzo, above Capolona. The owner of the house is an amazing woman, a great hostess, The breakfast in the house is varied and delicious. The cherry on the cake is the amazing garden with beautiful plants and flowers, as well as the kind and playful dog Gioto. Words are not enough to describe this experience. It was hard to leave, but I would definitely return to Villa Spino.

Positive: The place is just like a house of your friend. Rossana is very kind and trying to make you comfortable and happy. She asked us what do we like to eat for breakfast. A very silent and peaceful place. However, you need a car to visit Villaspino. It is from 5 minutes drive to the nearest village Capolona. In Capolona there is a very good restaurant for price/performance and variety of food. Our children spent very happy 3 days with lovely Giotto.

Negative: The facility meet all our expectations.

Summary: A very silent and peaceful place, with wonderful host, close to Capolona and Arezzo.

Positive: Staying at Rossana's place was an absolute delight—cozy, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Rossana's exceptional hospitality, combined with fantastic homemade breakfasts and the company of a friendly dog, made us feel truly at home. The stunning terrace view was a bonus. Rossana's warmth made our stay memorable, and we eagerly look forward to our next visit.
