Summary: I only spoke a few Turkish phrases, but the staff were patient and understanding while we communicated via Google Translate. The room had a nice view over Trabzon and clean, came with a comfortable bed and chairs. The dry cleaning service/the staff letting me leave the luggage after the check-out was a huge plus as I travelled the Black Sea region. The location is just 7 min walk from the dolmus stop or 15 min walk from Trabzon Forum. I definitely stay here again.

Summary: We stayed there second time during our visit to Trabzon. It has a good location - pretty close to Forum mall, overall good facilities and a very friendly, nice environment. The only thing we didn't like is the shower wall. Both times it was stuck and it was hard to move it. The rest was great for this price.

Summary: Amazing experience of staying here. The room was clean and tidy, breakfast was rich and tasty. And the reception lady and people who work in the hotel are really hospital and friendly. I feel welcomed and warm of staying there.

Summary: That was a nice stay with helpful staff. The only problem is that the wall between suites are narrow and we could hear noise from or beside room.
